Start by chopping the onions and peppers. Add to a frying pan sprayed with low calorie cooking spray, along with the vegetarian chicken pieces (or whatever you're using) and sweetcorn. Fry until it looks...fried!
Meanwhile, prepare the stock by adding to it the pineapple (optional), vinegar, sauces, granulated sweetener and tinned tomatoes. Mix it up and add to the frying pan.
