Low Syn Pizza Boats | Slimming World

Pizza is my absolute nemesis, and, as we know, it’s about as fatty as a walrus smothered in lard. These Low Syn Pizza Boats are a fab alternative and a great way to use up odds and ends in the fridge.

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍

This Low Syn Pizza Boats recipe uses reduced mozzarella which could be used as your Healthy Extra A. However, because it’s only a small amount per boat we’ve synned it instead.

These Low Syn Pizza Boats are a great way of getting the kids involved in cooking. They are so easy and can be personalised for little taste buds!

I’ve used olives for these Low Syn Pizza Boats which add a tiny Syn value to the end product. I know that a lot of people don’t like them, so why not try different combinations.

Ham and mushroom, anchovy and tomato, bacon and sweetcorn – whatever, um, floats your boat!

What do I need to make these Low Syn Pizza Boats?

The only things you’ll need to get specially will probably be the Old El Paso Stand ‘n’ Stuff Soft Mini Tortillas and the olives.

Everything else can most likely be found in any Slimming Worlders cupboard!

Speaking of the Old El Paso Stand ‘n’ Stuff Soft Mini Tortillas, you can have 2 of them for less syns than a regular sized tortilla!

They may be small, but you can pack them full of free and speed food to make a super filling meal. At only 2 syns per tortilla you can’t really go wrong can you?

    1. Hi Norma
We haven’t put a freezer symbol on the recipe card, as we don’t recommend freezing these. They would keep in the fridge for a day or two, in an airtight container. 🙂
