Is the chicken breast cooked or raw

Reply

    SharonThursday 28th July 2022

Hi Tracy, you need a raw chicken breast to make the paste. It will be spread on slices of bread and baked in step 6. Hope that helps.

These look so yummy! Are you able to cook them in the air fryer?

Reply

    SharonMonday 14th February 2022

Hi Wendy, these should work well in an air fryer. As we haven’t tested this recipe in an air fryer, I would recommend checking the instruction manual for your appliance and using it for guidance.

Hi. Please can you clarify the amount of water chestnuts to be used. I can only find them in a small 225g tin. I can’t be sure whether that is the same size tin as you are referring to. Many thanks.

Hey Hayley, so it’s a 225g which isn’t a drained weight so once drained it’s half of what is in the can this can be anywhere between 75g – 120g depending on the brand. Hope that helps!
