Chicken and Cheese Curry

It sounds unusual putting cheese in a curry, but wow wow wow! My husband was very unsure, but he wanted a 2nd helping and has asked for me to make it again! This is just a lovely hug in a bowl! Give it a go! I'm glad I did!
