Lentil and Bacon Soup

A lovely bowl of comfort in this delicious nourishing soup, full of goodness and flavour. I swapped bacon for ham ribs and I grated a carrot in at the end of cooking process. Another healthy recipe full of goodness. Thank you Kate and Kay Allison.
