Chicken and Black Bean Mini Tortillas

A super tasty & very easy recipe to follow. Turned out just like the PON photo. We had ours with a small amount of coleslaw and salad. We didn’t have any sour cream, but both would just nicely cool the kick of the meal. Would recommend highly to try.
