Cheesy Ravioli Lasagne
This might just be our easiest and cheesiest lasagne ever! You’d never guess from the taste that we’ve used a cheeky hack to make this recipe as fuss-free as possible. Rather than making a separate meat sauce, we’ve grabbed some readymade beef ravioli and layered it up with passata and a creamy mixture of ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Not only does this keep the ingredients list (and the washing-up pile) to a minimum, it means you can dish up dinner in just 45 minutes.

If you’ve frozen the dish, when reheating after defrosting, you may need to add a splash of water if it has dried out a little.
We used meat-filled ravioli, but you can use any ravioli of your choice and experiment with different flavours.
