Could I make these in the slow cooker? Would I have to make any changes to the recipe?
I can’t wait to try these…..
SharonFriday 8th July 2022
Hi Lou, the Chilli Sumac Chicken Thighs aren’t suitable for cooking in the slow cooker. The chicken needs to be roasted to get the sticky coating and cooking in the slow cooker will be too moist to achieve this.

Alison HuntonTuesday 30th November 2021
Where can I buy pomegranate molasses and what could I use instead
HollyWednesday 1st December 2021
Hey Alison, you will find pomegranate molasses in most supermarkets and it should be in the same area as Worcestershire sauce and the herbs and spices. If you can’t get hold of any you can substitute with lemon or lime juice and a little honey. Hope that helps!
Jess NormanMonday 29th November 2021
I can’t have any chili or siracha, is there something i could add in their place? Or would it be ok to just take these two ingredients out? Thanks!
HollyTuesday 30th November 2021
Hey Jess, this will still taste great without the chilli flakes and sriracha sauce so you could just omit to make it suitable for your taste. Hope that helps!
