Who’s up for chilli tonight? Forget faffing around making the chilli, rice and nachos separately – you can make everything in one casserole dish! This Chilli Tortilla Pie saves a whole load of washing up, and it’s fun to make too. We use mild chilli powder to give the dish a subtle kick, so this recipe is nice and family friendly. The ‘pie’ topping is made with tortilla chips, covered in cheese and popped under a hot grill until gooey and gloriouser.
