Who doesn’t love a frittata? So quick and easy to rustle up, this recipe makes the most of a handy store-cupboard ingredient: tinned new potatoes. Ideal when you’ve got a hankering for spuds without the faff, we’ve also thrown in fresh-tasting peas, basil and sliced onion. Served hot or cold, this one’s sure to fill you up in a jiffy, and it’ll stay nice and cheesy in your lunchbox for the next day too.

NEW TIP
Love that it's gluten free
I used boiled potatoes and 2 cloves of garlic (I LOVE GARLIC), best dish and I love that it can be eaten for tea or packed lunch. For a bit of heat I added some hot sauce on the side as a dip.
