This Syn Free Tomato and Basil Chicken can be rustled up in less than 30 minutes, with just a handful of ingredients. Making it ideal if you’re a bit short of time (and perfect if you’re following the Slimming World or Weight Watchers plan)
Tomato and basil is a great combination for chicken. Fab on it’s own! But add a squeeze of lemon juice and some freshly ground black pepper and it’s perfect!
You can serve this Syn Free Tomato and Basil Chicken with pretty much whatever you want. We like to keep it simple, so we just had spaghetti, tossed in some butter Frylight and black pepper, with a bit of salad for extra speed.
Having said that it’s just as good with some Syn Free Chunky Chips and some veg or salad.
