We've given one of our most popular midweek meals an air fryer makeover, and it works like a gem! Budget-friendly bangers don't come tastier than this simple traybake, with hearty potatoes, carrots and a sticky-sweet honey and mustard glaze. Pork and apple go together like a dream come true, so we've even thrown a few apple slices into the air fryer, to keep things fruity.
