Air Fryer Peach Melba Baked Oats
Creamy oats, juicy peaches and tart raspberries are a dreamy combo in this easy, batch-cookable breakfast recipe! To keep things budget-friendly, we've used tinned sweet peaches, rather than fresh fruit, to flavour our oats. Mixing in nutty almond milk and Greek yoghurt brings luxurious creaminess without adding lots of calories. The oat mixture will firm up as it bakes in the air fryer, making it ideal for portioning out to enjoy as a grab-and-go brekkie for the week ahead.
