Air Fryer Maple-Glazed Gammon
Back when we had a restaurant, gammon with peaches was one of our most popular dishes. We couldn't help but give it a whirl in the air fryer, and this is the result! The savoury saltiness of the gammon is more than a match for the sweet maple glaze and topping it with half a soft, juicy peach is a lively twist on the traditional pineapple ring. Add some creamy mashed potato and steamed green veg on the side for a flavourful dining-out-style dinner that couldn't be easier to make.

Gammon steaks come in all shapes and sizes. We used a 150g half-horseshoe gammon steak, approximately 1cm (1/2in) thick. You may have to alter the cooking time or cook in batches to reflect the shape and thickness of your steak.
