These lovely little Cinnamon Breakfast Buns will always get your day started on the right foot! While bakery-bought versions aren't the most slimming-friendly, our air-fried swirls are far lighter, at 141 calories each. It only takes a few minutes to roll and fill a whole batch, then you just leave them to bake and top them with a sticky-sweet glaze.
