Air Fryer Pavlovas
These chewy in the middle, fruit-topped pavlovas are an absolute delight to whip up in an air fryer. There are no full-fat creams in our recipe; instead, we've rustled up a blend of fat-free Greek-style yoghurt and mascarpone cheese to reduce the calories, but without losing the all-important luxuriously silky centre. Pipe 8 meringues into shape, pop them in your air fryer basket and wait for the beep – 45 minutes later, you'll have a whole batch of gorgeous, impressive little nests ready to fill and decorate with juicy berries.
