Our favourite thing about making sausage rolls at home is knowing exactly what's in them, so there's no worrying about hidden nasties! The savoury filling is just as moreish as bakery-bought versions, thanks to a blend of store-cupboard herd and spices, reduced-fat pork mince and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Instead of full-fat pastry, you'll bundle your ingredients into low-calorie tortilla-wrap rolls, and bake them to golden perfection in the air fryer. The only question is, will you serve them with red or brown sauce?
