We've taken inspiration from one of your picnic favourites to create the ultimate grab-and-go snack: Smoky Bacon Scotch Eggs! We boil our eggs for 6 minutes for a slightly soft yolk, but there's nothing to stop you serving up a hard-boiled centre, if you prefer. As long as they're wrapped in our moreish combination of bacon, sausage, smoked paprika, garlic and breadcrumbs, you can't go wrong!

Top tip for wrapping your egg
To get the sausage meat around the egg, use a piece of cling film, put the ball of sausage and bacon onto the cling film, press into a thin circle with a wet hand then put egg in the centre & draw corners up, gently make a ball by pressing gently.
