We've taken inspiration from one of your picnic favourites to create the ultimate grab-and-go snack: Smoky Bacon Scotch Eggs! We boil our eggs for 6 minutes for a slightly soft yolk, but there's nothing to stop you serving up a hard-boiled centre, if you prefer. As long as they're wrapped in our moreish combination of bacon, sausage, smoked paprika, garlic and breadcrumbs, you can't go wrong!
