This dish is often served as a side with a roast, but it absolutely stands alone as a quick, midweek meal that all of the family will love. Using stock alongside the cheese means the small amount of cheese goes much further, while still keeping the salty, cheesy, rich taste we all know and love. A touch of mustard lifts the cheese sauce to make it taste even cheesier – yum!
