Chilli ‘Paneer’
This ‘paneer’ recipe doesn’t actually use paneer. Crazy, we know! But trust us . . . you won’t know it. Paneer is an Indian cheese with a firm texture and light taste. By substituting extra-firm, ready-pressed tofu for the paneer, you can recreate the taste and texture but drastically reduce the fat and calories. Serve as a side dish or double up the portion size for a quick and tasty main. This is a spicy dish, but reduce the chilli if you prefer it cooler.
