It’s all a lie! The stuff you get from your local Chinese takeaway isn’t really seaweed. Of course, you know that already. But that’s why it’s so easy to recreate. You don’t need to don waders and head to the coast any time soon; a simple bag of cabbage will suffice! Add some decent seasoning and this will be a quick side dish you’ll never need to order from the takeaway again.
