Preheat oven to 190º.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, tomato puree, garlic, ginger and 4 of the spring onions, reserving one chopped spring onion for garnish.

Using a small sharp knife, cut 3 diagonal slits into each drumstick and place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over and place into a preheated oven, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes, turning once halfway through. Cook until the marinade has reduced and the chicken is thoroughly cooked through
Step 5
Sprinkle the remaining spring onion and sesame seeds over the drumsticks to serve.
