Using only a handful of ingredients, we have sooo many members of our Facebook Group tell us that this has become a weekly staple for them.
Simply layer it up, pop it in the oven and enjoy the scent filling the kitchen while it cooks!
Serve this with plenty of vegetables on the side for a really tasty dinner.
