What Should I Cook First from Pinch of Nom: All in One?

I want to cook an All in One stew or soup first
Chilly weather calls for a nutritious, warming soup! Turn to page 40 in your copy of All in One, and you’ll see our irresistible Smoky Chicken and Chorizo Soup. It’s best to have a crusty wholemeal bread roll on standby, so you can mop up every last drop of chorizo, paprika and roasted red pepper goodness.
Bev Loudon’s bowl has us ready to run and grab a spoon right now – thank you so much for sharing!
When a one-pan wonder is what you’re looking for, bookmark our Italian-Style Sausage Stew on page 66. We’ve already seen a few casserole pans filled with this recipe in our Facebook group, and we’re thrilled you agree that it’s utterly delicious!
This dish just says ‘comfort’ while the nights get colder and darker. Feel free to throw in any extra veggies you’ve got left over from cooking up festive feasts.
If your appetite is calling for stodgy, wholesome comfort food, start with the Mediterranean-Style Chicken Stew with Feta Dumplings on page 90.
We’ve made our gorgeous little dumplings fluffier and lighter by swapping traditional suet for fat-free yoghurt. We can promise, this one smells almost as good as it tastes!
Psst! So many members of our lovely community have asked us to bring out a calendar for the New Year, and it’s finally happened.
With the official Pinch of Nom calendar on your wall, you’ll be inspired and motivated to smash your slimming goals, through January and beyond!

I want to cook an All in One bake or roast first
What if we told you that every bit of your next roast dinner can be cooked all in one baking tray, even down to the gravy? Turn to page 214 if you don’t believe us, our Sunday Roast Chicken Traybake recipe is solid proof.
Clare Stevens’ yummy-looking picture inspired us to run to the shops and grab the ingredients for this weekend.
If you’re on board for roast potatoes, but you’d prefer something with a kick, our Spicy Pork and Roast Potatoes recipe on page 184 is just the ticket.
Vicky Galvin has been so busy in our Facebook group sharing lots of tasty creations from our latest cookbook (you’re a star, Vicky!), it was tough to choose just one to share here.
Those golden brown spuds look so impressive, and so does Vicky’s Slow Cooker Foccacia. Just imagine how impressed you’d be if you saw this on the dinner table!
Turn to page 226 to give it a go – it’s so much easier than you’d think.
I want to cook an All in One fakeaway first
Just when you thought fakeaway night couldn’t get any better, the takeaway-inspired recipes in All in One make things even easier – serving all the flavour, with far less washing-up to do after!
You can make a dreamy batch of our Harissa Chicken Mac ‘n’ Cheese in well under an hour, and all in one easy-peasy pan.
We would recommend just a bit of time under the grill; it doubles the magic if the topping turns gloriously golden brown before serving. Everything you need to know is on page 150!
Stop flicking through on page 104 if you love curry. Already a firm favourite with our community, the blend of mango, pineapple, apple and medium-hot spices in our Fruity Chicken Curry speaks for itself.
To get things nice and creamy while keeping the calories low, we’ve swapped coconut milk for a plant-based coconut drink, and it works like a charm.
Scroll through our website gallery or visit our Facebook group at the minute, and you’re bound to come across a veggie-loaded picture of One-Pot Chicken Tikka and Rice somewhere. The tikka-inspired one-pot wonder has been a smash hit!
Just as the name suggests, there’s no need to cook rice separately, so you’ll have fewer pots to clean after your meal. Thanks again to Vicky Galvin for yet another photo that’s made us realise how hungry we are…
I want to cook an All in One sweet treat first
Calling everyone with a sweet tooth! Our Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding on page 240 is impossible to resist. The words ‘slow cooker’ and ‘chocolate pudding’ might not seem like they go together but, as you’ll find out, they’re actually a dream team!
As the sponge slow-cooks, it’ll ooze its own rich, chocolatey sauce, meaning there’s no need to rustle up a jug of custard to serve with it. Almost too good to share, it takes no time at all to mix together the ingredients, and then you can leave everything in your slow cooker’s safe hands.
Long story short: trust the process and you’ll be rewarded with the ultimate chocolate pudding!
If you’re having guests round, we highly recommend having a slow cooker filled with our Giant Cookie from page 246 ready. Not only does it look impressive, it tastes it too.
When it’s time to lift off the lid, the supersize cookie should be squidgy and soft, ready to slice and serve warm, with a scoop of your favourite ice cream. We’ll take a scoop of vanilla, please.
