Fancy stir-fry for dinner? Super speedy, we love a midweek stir-fry, and this ASDA Sticky Japanese Style Pork Stir-Fry Kit makes the simple meal even easier. The strips of juicy pork come ready-marinated in a tangy, mild Japanese-inspired sauce.
With red chillies and spring onions, the pork can be stir-fried in just 10 minutes. There are only 205 calories in a quarter of the pack, so you can throw in some veggies and add rice or noodles to turn it into a whole meal that’s seriously slimming-friendly.
If you fancy stir-fry but prefer a vegetarian option, our Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-fry recipe is a must-try! Just be sure to use a veggie-friendly oyster sauce if you’re serving it to vegetarians.

If you didn’t know already, eggs are a slimming super food! High in protein and low in calories, they keep you feeling full, whether you include them in your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
These Enriched Multi Vit British Free Range Medium Eggs go one step further, giving you an extra boost of goodness too – they’re rich in vitamins A, D and B-12. Make an omelette, serve them on toast or chop them into a salad; you can’t go wrong when you’ve got a carton of eggs in the house!

Made from soya flakes and sweetcorn in vegan mayo, it’s a versatile and low-calorie plant-based snack. Serve it on a salad or mix it through pasta – so many tasty options!
Looking for more vegan-friendly meal ideas? How about Mushroom Bolognese? Just be sure to use Henderson’s relish rather than Worcestershire sauce to keep the recipe vegan.

Dipped in white chocolate, they’re surprisingly slimming-friendly, at 56 calories each.
Skip the cream and serve one with plenty of fresh berries and some natural yoghurt or sweetened quark for an indulgent-tasting yet low-calorie delight!
