A few weeks ago we were sent some samples of Ainsley Harriott cous cous to try. We’d been planning on making a cumin dusted salmon recipe for a while now, so this was a perfect opportunity. And we thought the Ainsley Harriott Moroccan Medley Cous Cous would be an ideal accompaniment. We weren’t wrong!
Obviously we couldn’t resist making the cous cous even more Slimming World friendly by adding a load of extra speed.
I say more Slimming World friendly because despite the new bigger pack size the Ainsley Harriott Moroccan Medley Cous Cous is only 2 syns for the whole pack. That’s if you follow the instructions on the packet.
The new 125g pack size is plenty for 2 people, so that means this Low Syn Cumin Dusted Salmon Skewers with Moroccan Style Cous Cous will only cost you 1 syn per portion. Which can’t be bad can it?
