  • 1 Tin Butter Beans
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Stick Celery
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 3-4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

This looks amazing but I don’t like gherkins, is there something I can substitute them with?
