Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be.

Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipoltle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes.

Step 3

Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they’re not burning. Not that you need telling. Enjoy!

  • 8 pinches chipotle seasoning (a healthy pinch of the rub for each potato)
  • low calorie cooking spray

I’m not very good at “fine cut” so I have sent off for an Amazon gadget that is sort of like a spiralizer, that in theory should made the potato into a big long spring?!?!? I hope it works!!!! I will let you know. Thanks for the recipes, they are all magnificent xx
