Low Syn Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower | Slimming World

Cauliflower has never been my favourite vegetable. When it’s boiled or steamed it just seems so…..boring. However, when it’s roasted, like in this Low Syn Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower recipe, or stir fried it transforms into something completely different.

It’s amazing when combined with with Mediterranean flavours, like garlic, lemon and olive oil. Olive Oil Frylight is perfect for achieving those subtle olive oil flavours without the added syns, or you could even use Chilli or Garlic flavoured Frylight if you want a bit of an extra kick.

This is an ideal Slimming World Extra Easy side dish or vegetarian main course. It’s super easy, and perfect for an SP day.

This dish rounds up to 1 syn per portion for the cheese, but if you use it as part of your HEA it becomes syn free.

When ever we need to replace oil in cooking we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free! The Olive Oil flavour is ideal for this Low Syn Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower recipe.
