Hey Lorraine, we use 1 sachet of sugar free jelly crystals for this recipe so to serve 2 you would need to use half a pack and half the water stated on the packet instructions, hope that helps!

I live in Spain and I don’t think I can get the fat free banana custard. Is there another alternative??

Hi Louise, this recipe uses fat free Banana and Custard Muller Light Yogurt for the custard layer. If you have trouble finding it in Spain , you could make your own low fat custard for the trifle. We have a recipe for custard on the website, just type it into the search bar and it will come up. Hope this helps!

M sure I read somewhere that someone put some gelatine in the banana and custard yoghurts, am I mistaken? Can’t seem to find it now and wondered what quantities?
