This Low Syn Raspberry Trifle is not only very easy to make and low in Syns it also tastes great. The perfect end to a meal. I like to save my Syns till the end of the day on Slimming world, and this is worth spending them on!

If you don’t fancy raspberries you could also try using a strawberry jelly and some fresh strawberries, or for something a bit different try a lime jelly with sliced banana. In fact you can use pretty much whatever fruit you want.

  1. Make up the jelly as per the instructions
  2. Divide the raspberries equally between 4 individual bowls or dishes
  3. Pour the jelly over the raspberries, making sure it is split equally between all 4
  4. Refrigerate until set, then top each with half a Muller Light you can do this in advance
  5. When ready to serve top with a 12.5g serving of aerosol cream and top with a fresh raspberry (or if you prefer you can sprinkle some flake on top.....but don't forget to syn it!)

Don't forget:

The syn value of different brands of sugar free jelly can vary slightly but generally an 11.5g sachet is between 1.5-2 syns. Always check the app to be sure.

The syn value for aerosol cream also varies depending on brand, we use Anchor Real Dairy Aerosol Cream Light for 1 syn per 12.5g serving. Again, be sure to check the app for the exact syn value.
