Could this sauce (Creamy Dijon) be used minus Dijon to make Taragon sauce. My Wife had meal out and raved about the sauce. Fresh Taragon doesn’t appear popular with Supermarkets we use ?

Hi Tom, we like your idea of making this recipe into a tarragon sauce! It should work well; just add some chopped fresh tarragon at the end with the cream cheese, stir in and warm through. Let us know how you get on!
Steph HaywoodTuesday 23rd August 2022
If you can’t get fresh tarragon, try using dried, it’s readily available in most supermarkets, just put it in a bit earlier than suggested and add to taste, a little bit at a time as it can be overpowering.
