Air Fryer Aloo Bora
These eye-catching little Aloo Bora potato cakes are absolutely spot on for a curry-night spread. To make our light, bright mixture, we've used a potato masher to combine colourful turmeric with fiery chilli and fragrant coriander. Once they're in the air fryer, you won't have long to wait before they're delightfully crisp and golden. Tuck into them as a side dish, or you can even take them on the go – they're yummy served hot or cold!
