Breakfast is served! Whipping up a filling frittata has never been so easy, or so delicious. You can be creative with the fillings for this, but we love the simple combination of bacon, cheese and onion to kick-start the day. It's ideal if you have a fridge full of leftovers, then you could throw in any mushrooms, peppers or other veggies that need using up. Once the egg has set and the cheese has melted, there's only one decision left to make: will you eat it hot or cold? It's tasty either way!
