We've used not one, not two, but THREE types of cheese to make sure these are the cheesiest potatoes to ever come out of an air fryer. Our easy gratin may look, sound and taste indulgent, yet it's only 236 calories per portion. Instead of heavy cream, our spuds are cooked in a velvety sauce made from skimmed milk, reduced-fat spreadable cheese and Parmesan. Topped with a sprinkling of Cheddar, it'll bubble away in the air fryer until the potatoes are tender and crispy round the edges.
