Air Fryer Fish and Chips Fishcakes
These Fish and Chips Fishcakes were made for Friday nights! We've taken all the best bits of a chippy tea, rolled them into tasty panko-breadcrumbed patties and popped them in the air fryer until they're gorgeous and golden. All you need is a dollop of our lemony mayo and tartare sauce to round off all the chip-shop flavours on your plate.

If you want to freeze these, wrap individually and freeze once cooled. Defrost and reheat int he air fryer for 5-8 minutes to keep them crisp. Handle carefully as they can become fragile when defrosted.
Don't mash the peas too much, they need to stay quite chunky
