Looking for an air fryer-friendly meal that always delivers on flavour? Our Air Fryer Ginger and Orange Chicken Kebabs are a dreamy dinner that takes all the hassle out of mealtimes.

Brilliant for anyone who likes to plan ahead, this recipe involves marinating your meat in the fridge overnight. Pop the chicken in the marinade the night before you want to serve it, and leave it to soak up all those flavours – we’re talking aromatic, warming ginger, a hint of chill, zesty orange and zingy lime.

Once they’re marinated, these take next to no time to cook in the air fryer. They’re ready in a flash, and with just 150 calories in each portion, you can serve them with just about anything you like! Our favourite way to dish them up is with a spoonful of rice and a bit of fresh salad – summery, light and so delicious!

If you don’t have an air fryer, don’t worry! This recipe can also be made in the oven – find the full oven method here
