You can't say no to chicken nuggets, especially when they come with this sticky, spicy, sweet, smoky sauce! Gochujang is a popular Korean ingredient, made from red chillies and fermented soybeans. We've used it to make a quick glaze for our air-fried nuggs, which gets drizzled over the crispy chicken right before serving. Thanks to the magic of your air fryer, you'll get all of the crunch of a deep-fried version, for a fraction of the calories!

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Gochujang paste is a spicy Korean red chilli paste that has a savoury, umami richness and a slightly sweet and smoky flavour. It comes in varying levels of chilli heat; we used a mild paste, but you can use a hotter one if you prefer. You can find it in larger supermarkets or Asian grocery stores.

Make sure to use fine garlic granules as these will stick well to the chicken nuggets.
