Forget avocado toast, breakfast is all about these crispy potato patties, stacked up with indulgent-tasting toppings. Our single-serve recipe is perfect for a weekend brunch, or those days when you fancy breakfast for dinner! The air fryer will take care of all the hard work, crisping up the outside of your hash brown while making sure the middle is nice and fluffy. We've topped ours with crunchy bacon, creamy avocado, Greek-style yoghurt and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, but you can play around with flavours, or swap in some vegetarian toppings if you prefer!
