It's hard to believe that you only need five ingredients to make this scrumptious sponge cake (and with an air fryer at your fingertips, it's ready in less than half an hour, too!). To get started, squeeze the juicy goodness from a large fresh lemon and a large fresh orange, and keep hold of their zest. When your loaf is risen and almost ready, you'll baste the outside with an extra layer of fruit juice, to guarantee every mouthful packs a citrus-infused punch. Delightfully fluffy and tart, it pairs like a dream with a cuppa, for only 88 calories per slice!
