A pasta bake for dinner is always a tasty way to guarantee empty plates all round. This family-friendly recipe is no exception, combining reduced-fat pork sausages and fresh veggies with filling pasta, underneath a melty, cheesy topping. The whole thing is dished up straight from the air fryer in just half an hour, leaving behind minimal pots and pans to clean. If you ask us, that deserves a spot on your meal plan this week!

We remove the skin from our sausages. This isn't essential, but the skin on reduced-fat sausages can sometimes be a little tough. If you choose not to do this, simply slice each sausage into 4 or 5 pieces and follow the instructions.
Make sure the pasta is still hot when you add it to the air fryer, to cut down on air fryer cooking time.
