As soon as the sun shines, we fancy a sip of this oh-so-refreshing Blueberry Mojito recipe. Now’s your cue to crack out your favourite glasses and your fanciest pitcher…this one’s perfect to serve at a family party or barbecue.

You’ll spot we’ve added fresh blueberries to our ingredients, but there’s nothing to stop you using frozen berries, if you’ve already got some at home. They’ll work really well – just make sure you allow them to soften and crush them slightly, so that their juices mix in.

We’ve added fizzy lemonade to our white rum, lime juice and fresh mint leaves to stir in some gorgeous bubbles. The flavours are so fresh, it pairs really well with a buffet selection of savoury nibbles. Sit back, relax and enjoy a fruity, ice cold glass!
