This slimming friendly, Long Island Iced Tea is a refreshing summer cocktail that’s perfect if you’re counting calories or following a plan like Weight Watchers.

When we asked in our Facebook group for cocktail requests, this Long Island Iced Tea came second, so we thought we’d give it a go.

This cocktail is definitely up there in terms of how much alcohol it has in it and for 121 calories a glass, who can complain?

Our Long Island Iced Tea is fantastic when served at any celebratory occasions such as Christmas or birthdays and it’s super quick and easy to make too!

  • ice
  • 1 large orange sliced
  • 25 ml gin
  • 25 ml tequila
  • 35 ml white rum
  • 1 lime juice only, about 30ml
  • 1 glug sugar free orange cordial about 30ml, but you can add more or less depending on taste
  • 1 can diet cola
