    Hi Lil
Pinch of Nom is not a specific diet – it is a whole bunch of recipes that can be used however you want to use them. They fit with most major UK diet plans, but the recipes can also be used in a calorie-controlled diet, as most of the recipes are naturally lower in calories.
We don’t and have never suggested that Pinch of Nom is a diet plan in itself, however we have no problem with people using Pinch of Nom recipes as their own diet plan – we are only happy that the recipes are being enjoyed! We’re happy to be helping people with our recipes, however they choose to use them.
This link might help you figure out how to calculate the values for your chosen diet plan

Hope this helps and good luck on your journey.
