Pour the marinade over and place into a preheated oven, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes, turning once halfway through. Cook until the marinade has reduced and the chicken is thoroughly cooked through

Ingredients

  • 12 medium chicken drumsticks skinned
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 3cm piece root ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 5 spring onions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

    Hey Tracey, yes that should be plenty of marinade for 2 chicken breasts. Ensure the chicken breast is cooked through and no pinkness remains and adjust the calories accordingly hope that helps!
