Primula Hot Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha – 51 calories per serving
Squeezy cheese, but not as you know it! This familiar cheese in a tube has been given a fiery makeover to create a spicy spread that’ll kickstart your week. Primula Hot Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha scores two out of three on the spiciness scale, so it’s perfect for anyone who likes their food hot.
Whether you spread it onto toast, squeeze it onto crackers or add it into your cooking, this will liven up mealtimes! Don’t worry if you can’t handle the heat, Primula has also released a milder Primula Light Cheese and Onion, so keep your eyes peeled for that on the shelves at Asda.
We love adding a squeeze of sriracha into our recipes to add a subtle heat. You only need a teaspoon of it to make these Chilli Bowls, but that’s plenty to enhance all those rich, meaty flavours.
Primula Hot Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha is available from Asda, priced at £1.00.

This Lindahls Pro+ Kvarg Banoffee Pie is actually fat free quark, rather than yoghurt. This means it packs a real punch of protein, with 18g in each 90 calorie pot. Because protein is key to helping you feel fuller for longer, tucking into this as part of your brekkie will see you through to lunch without getting peckish.
If this gets you in the mood for more sweet banoffee flavours, our Banoffee Tiramisu is simply unmissable. Layer it up in glass dishes for a fancy-looking after dinner treat.
