This week we’ve been on the hunt for some cosy winter warmers. We’ve found you some luxury Cumberland sausages that’ll go down nicely in a stew or casserole. Delish!
How about some indulgent cheesecake bites? We’ve found a sweet, ready-to-enjoy pack of cheesecake minis in M&S that’ll satisfy your sweet tooth for only 76 calories per bite. Don’t mind if we do!

Sainsbury’s Clementine & Winter Berry Flavour Porridge – 228 calories per serving
There’s nothing quite like the cosiness of warming up with a hot bowl of porridge. No need for it to be boring, though! This Clementine & Winter Berry Flavour Porridge from Sainsbury’s has just the right amount of citrusy sweetness to fight off that winter morning chill.
It’s also super quick and easy to make in the microwave – ideal when you don’t want to be fussing about!
If you love a sweet bowlful of porridge, why not trywarm your cockles with a portion of our Nutella Baked Oats? These chocolate-y oats are perfect for busy mornings. Simply prep the mixture and bake it in the oven until your oats are set and golden.
You can even freeze a few portions so that you’ll be set for the week.
They’re great as a hearty breakfast or even as a scrumptious dessert (psst! they’re extra delicious with a squirt of aerosol cream).

This organic Creamy Mushroom Soup from Tideford is so rich, you wouldn’t believe there’s no dairy cream in sight. It gets its thick, smooth texture from creamed coconut and soya – so it’s a totally plant-based recipe.
Flavoured with mushroom chunks, parsley and tarragon, it’s an easy option to take on the go and warm up with on a nippy lunch break.
Soup is always a failsafe option for comfort over the winter months. Not only is it easy to batch cook, it’s also a dish that seems to get tastier the longer the flavours wait to be enjoyed!

High in fibre and vitamin C, and low in fat, cauliflower is an all-year-round superfood that’ll give you a boost. If you enjoy cauliflower but you don’t fancy the faff of slicing a floret, these Sainsbury’s Caulishoots are quick and simple to sauté gently with a hint of salt and pepper.
You can enjoy them as a nutritious side dish, or chop them up for a tasty soup, stir-fry or even a curry.
Why not try them in our Cauliflower Madras? We think the juicy cauliflower stems would soak up ALL the flavours. This fiery, veggie-filled dish is packed with Fakeaway heat, while still being low in calories (just 150 per portion!) – so it doesn’t just have to be for weekends!

Fancy all the chicken flavours without the meat? The Vegilantes Southern Fried Chicken Drumsticks are so juicy and tender, you wouldn’t know the difference.
Made with plant proteins and a tasty mix of herbs and spices, you simply bake them in the oven until the breadcrumb coating is golden and crisp. They’re mouth-wateringly good!
You could make an epic meal of these by serving them up with a portion of our Dirty Fries on the side. We’ve used bacon, potatoes and Cajun spices to create an irresistible mix.

Tesco Free From Pigs In Blankets Popped Chips – 115 calories per 1/3 pack
Borrowing the flavours of everyone’s favourite Christmas dinner side dish, these Tesco Free From Pigs in Blankets Popped Chips are a light grab bag snack. At 115 calories per serving, they’re definitely nifty to have in the cupboard for when you’re fancying a savoury, smokey bite. Why not serve them up in a sharing bowl on family film night?
Everybody loves Pigs in Blankets, but have you tried our Halloumi in Blankets recipe? If you’re looking to eat a little less meat this Christmas, they’re a delicious (and low calorie!) substitute for traditional pastry-wrapped pork sausages.
We’ve wrapped tasty halloumi fingers with cranberry sauce in a light courgette blanket. Sprinkled with a hint of paprika, these won’t last long on your buffet table – trust us!

These Christmas Gyoza with Bacon, Turkey, Cranberry & Sage from Itsu are an Asian style snack that’s full of Xmas flavour. You may have tried traditional Japanese steamed dumplings – Gyoza are a little lighter with a thinner wrap and a more finely chopped stuffing.
These Christmas-y parcels are so easy to heat up and snack on when you fancy a festive fix.
The Christmas spirit is well and truly in the air, which means we tend to start serving our sweet Cranberry and Pomegranate Sauce with anything and everything. Move over store bought jars!

How about a hearty dinner that’s flavoursome and light, with chippy dinner flavours? Yes, really!
Our Curried Sausages recipe has you covered – you won’t believe it’s slimming friendly. We’ve crammed so much veg into this dish (the sauce is made of veggies too!), even fussy eaters will get their five-a-day. Winner!

Speaking of rich, creamy desserts, how about a tasty caramel-flavoured pudding? This Alpro Creamy Caramel Dessert is a handy, slimming friendly option to have in the fridge. For just 108 calories per pot, they’ll satisfy your sweet cravings and leave you feeling full.
Who doesn’t love caramel flavours? Combine it with banana in our Banana and Caramel Filo Rolls, and you’ve got a sweet, crisp tray bake dessert the whole family will love.
For added indulgence, you could even serve them with a glug of Custard.

Dangerously easy to enjoy fresh out of the fridge, luckily they’re only 76 calories per vanilla or chocolate-flavoured bite. Keep an eye on these if you’re saving them for a special occasion – they won’t last long once any sugar fiends in the house find them!
We can’t talk about cheesecake without mentioning our Facebook favourite – Biscoff Cheesecake. This recipe has taken our community by storm since we first introduced it to the website, and for good reason – it’s absolutely packed with Biscoff-flavoured deliciousness!
