Ready Set Cook Mini Chocolate Egg Cookie Dough – 186 calories per bar

Ready Set Cook Mini Chocolate Egg Cookie Dough featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (186 calories per bar).

These bars of Ready Set Cook Mini Chocolate Egg Cookie Dough from Aldi are so easy to throw in the oven when you fancy something sweet. It might be too early, but the colourful chunks of mini egg have us looking forward to Easter already!

Slice the dough into six pieces and bake until the luscious, chocolatey chunks are ready to enjoy as mini cookie-style bites.

Why stop there? You can always make a SUPERSIZED cookie by following our one-pot Slow Cooker Giant Cookie recipe. When it’s time to lift the lid on your slow cooker, your cookie will be squidgy, warm and ready to serve with a scoop of low-calorie ice cream.

You’ll find the full recipe on pages 246-247 of our newest cookbook, All in One.

Pinch of Nom's Slow Cooker Giant Cookie is served freshly-baked on a tiled countertop; half of it has already been sliced into four portions. The gooey milk chocolate pieces are showing throughout the middle of the sponge and on top of the bake.

Ready Set Cook Mini Chocolate Egg Cookie Dough bars are available from Aldi, priced at £1.79 each.

Wagamama Firecracker Mayo – 28 calories per 10ml (approx.)

Wagamama Firecracker Mayo featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (28 calories per 10ml (approx.)).

While we love a visit to Wagamama from time to time, this Wagamama Firecracker Mayo is a delicious way to bring the flavours home. Chilli rated ‘hot’, we’d only recommend trying this fiery condiment if you’re feeling brave.

Whether you’re looking at an aromatic stir-fry, a golden bowl of chips or a stacked sarnie, you won’t regret adding a drizzle.

You might not know that our Katsu Chicken Curry was inspired by a visit to Wagamama. To recreate the signature Katsu-style crunch for a fraction of the calories, our recipe coats tender chicken breasts in a layer of low-calorie tortilla chips.

It’s fine to use panko breadcrumbs, if you’d prefer – just be sure to adjust the nutritional values if you’re keeping track!

Katsu Chicken Curry - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

Wagamama Firecracker Mayo is available from Ocado, priced at £2.25 per bottle.

Sainsbury’s Creamy Mushrooms with Thyme & Cracked Black Pepper – 146 calories per 1/2 pack

Sainsbury's Creamy Mushrooms with Thyme & Cracked Black Pepper featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (146 calories per 1/2 pack).

These Sainsbury’s Creamy Mushrooms with Thyme & Cracked Black Pepper taste so luxuriously creamy for only 146 calories per serving. Fresh from the microwave or oven, they make for a decadent starter or side dish.

We tried them spooned over fresh, golden slices of our Cheesy Garlic Bread and we can confirm, it was absolutely yum!

If you love garlic mushrooms and you’ve not tried our Cheesy Mushroom Bake yet, you need to change that this weekend. That oh-so-cheesy, crispy crumb topping is too good to miss out on.

We whip up our using a food processor but if you don’t have one, you can always use a box grater instead.

For more slimming-friendly recipes that make the most of mushrooms, tap through to our blog here.

An oven dish is filled with a freshly-made batch of Pinch of Nom's Cheesy Mushroom Bake, topped with a crispy-looking golden breadcrumb topping.

Sainsbury’s Creamy Mushrooms with Thyme & Cracked Black Pepper is available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £3.00 per pack.

M&S High Protein Bang Bang Cauliflower – 364 calories per pack

M&S High Protein Bang Bang Cauliflower featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (364 calories per pack).

If you’re on the lookout for a Meat-free Monday option that still packs in plenty of protein, this M&S High Protein Bang Bang Cauliflower ticks both of those boxes!

The florets are coated in a velvety peanut, coconut and chilli sauce, and served over a bed of protein-packed lentil rice that isn’t just filling – it’s super tasty too.

You’ll be amazed by how versatile cauliflower is. It’s one of our favourite veggies to get creative with, ever since we first discovered our Cauliflower and Chicken Fried Rice recipe.

A fakeaway with a nutritious twist, we’ve used riced cauliflower instead of rice to keep the calories and carbs lower. It’s a meal in itself, but we like it best served as part of a selection of Chinese-style bits!

Pinch of Nom's Cauliflower and Chicken Fried Rice served in 4 bowls with spoons waiting to dig in; each fluffy portion has plenty of chopped chicken and spring onion scattered on top.

M&S High Protein Bang Bang Cauliflower is available from Ocado and M&S, priced at £5.50 per pack.

All Things Butter Cinnamon Bun Butter – 58 calories per 10g (approx.)

All Things Butter Cinnamon Bun Butter featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (58 calories per 10g (approx.).

The first of a brand-new range from All Things Butter, we couldn’t ignore how delicious this Cinnamon Bun Butter sounds!

A blend of extra creamy twice-churned butter, warming cinnamon, sugar and zesty lemon, it’s guaranteed to be delicious whether you bake with it, cook with it or spread a layer on your morning slice of toast.

We’re so intrigued to see what you make with it if you pick a pack up (please share photos in our Facebook group – we love to see them!).

We can’t think about cinnamon without mentioning our Air Fryer Cinnamon Breakfast Buns. These lovely little beauties are a dream to rustle up in your air fryer, thanks to the easy-to-follow recipe on pages 48-49 of our Air Fryer cookbook.

It only takes a few minutes to roll and fill a whole batch. Then you’ll top them with a sticky-sweet glaze, ready to make your frothy morning coffee even better…

Seabrook Fish & Chips Crisps – 126 calories per 1/5 bag

Seabrook Fish & Chips Crisps featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (126 calories per 1/5 bag).

As part of a range celebrating Bradford’s status as UK city of culture for 2025, you can grab a pack of Seabrook Fish & Chips Crisps from Morrisons (as well as ‘Chicken Curry’ and Cheddar & Chutney’ flavoured packs).

We grabbed the chippy-inspired flavour since it sounded the most weirdly wonderful to us, and we have no regrets!

You can tell we’re big fans of fish and chips at Pinch of Nom from how much love we’ve put into our Fish and Chip Pie recipe. Rather than pastry, we’ve used golden, crispy chips as our topping, over a filling of flaky fish and mushy peas.

Our top tip for this one? Serve with a good sprinkling of salt and vinegar on your chips, of course!

Pinch of Nom's Fish and Chip Pie is served in a large, round casserole dish. Underneath a topping of crispy, golden chips, you can see flaky white fish and vibrant green mushy peas. A squeezy bottle of ketchup is nearby, and a portion of the recipe has been spooned into a takeaway style polystyrene carton.

Seabrook Fish & Chips Crisps are available from Morrisons, priced at £1.75 for a shareable bag.

Iceland Chilli Hot Wave Crunchy Coated Chicken Strips – 258 calories per air-fried serving

Iceland Chilli Hot Wave Crunchy Coated Chicken Strips featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (258 calories per air-fried serving).

These Iceland Chilli Hot Wave Crunchy Coated Chicken Strips bring home takeaway flavours, for a fraction of the cost and calories. Coated in a smoky, spicy, paprika-loaded crumb (that reminds us of Chilli Heatwave Doritos!), they’re really low-fuss to bake in the oven or your air fryer basket.

For a takeaway-inspired feast, you could always plate your chicken strips up with a portion of Salt and Pepper Chips. Our recipe is ready in well under half an hour with a short list of ingredients and an easy mix of staple herbs and spices.

You could even cut the time down by using our Salt and Pepper Chips Seasoning Mix. It’s available to buy as part of our Fakeaway Favourites box on Amazon here.

A baking tray lined with greaseproof paper is filled with Pinch of Nom's Salt and Pepper Chips. The golden chips are mixed with finely diced red and green peppers and salt and pepper seasoning. A small pot of ketchup and a small pot of mayonnaise are served alongside the chips, and a hand holds one chip, dipping it into the ketchup.

Iceland Chilli Hot Wave Crunchy Coated Chicken Strips are available from Iceland, priced at £4.00 per pack.

English Cheesecake Company Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites – 142 calories per bite

English Cheesecake Company Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (142 calories per bite).

We’re so glad these English Cheesecake Company Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites come ready-portioned, because it would be so easy to eat the whole box!

The silky salted caramel cheesecake centre rests on a biscuit base, and it’s all topped off with even more caramel and crunchy crumbs. Need we say more?

You can even stash these little slices of heaven in the freezer – imagine enjoying them defrosted, chilled and bursting with refreshing sweetness!

For a fruitier cheesecake treat, you could always try our Fruit Swirl Cheesecake Squares. Thanks to a handful of nifty swaps, we’ve kept things nice and light at 115 calories per berry-sweet serving.

We’ve simmered fresh berries and orange until syrupy, and blitzed them into an eye-catching, raspberry red purée.

English Cheesecake Company Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites are available from Morrisons, priced at £3.25 for a pack of 6 bites.

Dr Pepper Zero Cherry Crush Limited Edition – 3 calories per can

Dr Pepper Zero Cherry Crush Limited Edition featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (3 calories per can).

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Will you treat yourself to a pack of limited edition Dr Pepper Zero Cherry Crush? Combining the fizz of classic Dr Pepper with sweet bursts of chilly, it makes for a really refreshing sip (and it’s light too, at 3 calories per can!).

Run, don’t walk to Sainsbury’s – we’ve got a feeling this one might be popular.

Did someone say ‘cherry’? It’s time to make Cherry Pie Turnovers again. Our take on the bakery-bought pastry uses frozen cherries to create a showstopping, syrupy filling.

We’ve found the trick with this one is not to add too much sweetener. Taste-test your cherries to make sure they’re not super sweet already, before sprinkling in the right amount of sweetener for your taste buds.

An array of Pinch of Nom's Cherry Pie Turnovers sliced in half with the cherry filling spilling onto white serving plates, with a swirl of reduced-fat aerosol cream to the side.

Dr Pepper Zero Cherry Crush Limited Edition cans are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £3.75 for a pack of 8.

Sweet Gem Lettuce from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (14 calories per 100g).

Crisp and fresh, sweet gem lettuce is a versatile, leafy ingredient. Slice it, grill it, pan-fry it or use it to scoop up other tasty ingredients – it holds its shape really well, so it works as a ‘cup’ or even as a ‘spoon’!

Drizzled in sauce and layered with salad, transform sweet gem lettuce into a feast with our Katsu Curry Burgers recipe. You’ll be obsessed with our homemade katsu sauce.

Pinch of Nom's Katsu Curry Burgers spilling onto pink hexagonal serving plates; the burger buns are open to reveal the crispy chicken patties inside, covered in a drizzle of Katsu-style sauce and fresh colourful salad veg.
