These Syn Free Curried Seabass fillets are just delish! I love fish, but it can get a bit boring to cook it the same way every time. This is a quick and very simple way of cooking up something syn free and super tasty!

Syn Free Curried Seabass

This dish would work with any firm fish, including salmon  – you would have to adjust the cooking times accordingly.

I like to serve this Syn Free Curried Seabass with rice and a zesty salad, with a wedge of lime – a great way to brighten up a grey day! You could even omit the rice for an SP meal.

When ever we need to use oil in a recipe we replace it with Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free!

The Sunflower, Olive Oil or even the Coconut varieties would be perfect for this Syn Free Curried Seabass.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. On the skin side of the seabass fillets, spray with Frylight and sprinkle over the cumin seeds and garam masala.
  2. Mist a frying pan with Frylight and place the seabass fillets skin side down into the frying pan. Cook on this side for 4 minutes on a moderate heat - don't be tempted to move them or turn them sooner or the skin won't be crisp. Flip the fish over after 4 minutes and cook for 1 minute on the flesh side.
  3. Serve immediately with rice, salad and a wedge of lime.
