Do you freeze these after you’ve cooked them? Or freeze them before putting in the oven, ie when been part boiled in microwave and spices added?

Hi Catherine, It is best to freeze these when cooked but allow them to cool down completely. Don’t forget to add a label with what it is, and on what date you put it in the freezer!
